Earl Osaro Onaiwu has described the news of the death of Mr. Herbert Wigwe, his wife and son as one that fills his hear with deep sorrow and profound sadness.

Earl Osaro Onaiwu, the former Director-General of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum, shared a bond of friendship with Mr. Wigwe spanning over three decades.
